How soon will I see results?
The results are instantaneous following the completion of treatment; however the treatment can leave a visible redness on your scalp for about a week.
When will I know how much my treatment is going to cost?
At your consultation and following a sensitivity and patch test, HIS™ will provide a personal quotation detailing the total cost for your specific treatment.
Will the treatment hurt?
This is dependent upon skin sensitivity although HIS™ will endeavour to ensure client comfort by using a variety of anaesthetic creams and gels; the sensation experienced by many clients has been described as small pinpricks during the treatment.
When do I pay for my treatment?
HIS™ require a 10% deposit when reserving your treatment and the remaining balance to be settled in full on the day prior to your treatment being carried out.
Can I go straight back to work after the treatment?
Yes, but HIS™ recommend at least an 8 hour rest following procedure.
I do not live in the UK can I receive the HIS™ treatment?
Yes is the simple answer - HIS™ accommodate clients every needs from booking flights, hotels and arranging collections from and to the local airport.
Can I receive treatment immediately after consultation?
Yes it is possible to have treatment following consultation and HIS™ recommend this for overseas clients.
Who can I talk to answer my queries?
Your personal consultant is available to answer queries in total confidence via email, by phone or face to face at your consultation.
What happens if I don't want to go through with the treatment after my consultation?
This is completely your choice; there is no pressure to have the treatment, HIS™ will respect your decision.
Do I need to purchase HIS™ aftercare products?
No, HIS™ only recommend these in certain circumstances when it may be advantageous dependent upon your skin type; however HIS™ aftercare products have been developed to enhance and preserve your treatment.
What's HIS™ policy on quality assurance?
HIS™ ensure they meet all relevant health, safety and quality standards, are fully registered with the local authority, utilise single use fully disposal consumables and relevant equipment to ensure excellence in clinical practice.
